Exceptionally comfortable bed, best bathroom and a lounge and a kitchen in the room. Plenty of nice food. Location next to home-everything, fields with livestock peacefully grazing and Gorgeous garden: )

The room had a kettle, air conditioning, and an iron, which I really enjoyed. The facilities were clean. The hotel had a great and absolutely perfect location, close to everything you need.

Gorgeous building, excellent location adjacent to the airport and Mystery Creek, home-everything, and Hamilton's wonderful botanical gardens. Easygoing and amicable staff and quick to respond. Brilliant food in the garden for breakfast.

The spotless and comfortable rooms, peaceful location, and beautiful garden made for a perfect stay. We even got to see the stars without any light pollution! This place is situated in a beautiful countryside location, very close to the airport, and has stunning gardens and restaurants, we stayed for one night and would definitely return.

The location of this cozy lodging is conveniently close to the city and yet slightly out of it. Guests can enjoy the gorgeous Waikato morning views of the cows and the stunning gardens outside the bedrooms. the spacious rooms with a private kitchen, well-kept furniture, and friendly hosts add another level of comfort.

One downside is that some rooms have a small bathroom with a tiny sink, but the toiletries and offerings are comfortable and adequate.
